Character Compass

The Character Compass is a free tool you can use to combat unconscious bias in character creation!

Simply use provided drop-down to define each character in a project to populate real-time dashboards, which include intersectional stats of Gender, Race & Ethnicity, Disability, and LGBTQ+ identities.

The excel file itself has an Instructions tab which gives a quick breakdown of how to use the tool, for a more in-depth look on how the tool came to be, how it works, and how to interpret the data you receive please check out the training video.
